How do I create email accounts?

Email accounts are easily created within the Plesk interface once logged in. If you're unsure how to login, please refer to this.

Once you're logged into Plesk:

  1. Click the Email Addresses link.
  2. Click the Create Email Address button at the top part of the page.
  3. Enter the desired mailbox prefix (prefix@domain.com)
  4. Enter a strong password, preferably one with upper and lower case letters and a few numbers.
    1. Note, if you're unsure how strong the password needs to be, simply click Generate and use the password provided for you.
  5. (Optional) If you wish to have mail to this account forwarded on to another account, click the Forwarding tab toward the top of the screen. Tick Switch on mail forwarding and enter the address you'd like to have the mail forwarded to in the text field to the right.
  6. Click the OK button once you're happy and the mailbox will be created.
